SignReady partner programme — terms

Brainy Accountant Solutions Pvt Ltd ("PracticeGuru"). Effective 1 October 2026. These terms apply in addition to the Terms of Use.

1. Joining

Anyone with a PracticeGuru login may join. We may decline or close a partner account, for example for misleading promotion, spam or attempts to game the programme.

2. How referrals are counted

• Each partner gets tracking links. When someone opens a link, their browser remembers it for 90 days. If a new SignReady firm is created in that browser within that time, the firm is your referral. The latest partner link opened in that browser counts.
• A firm already using SignReady, your own firm, and firms created from cleared or blocked cookies cannot be counted. Our records decide which firm is whose referral.

3. Commission and bonus

• 20% of the amount the referred firm pays before GST — on its first payment, and on upgrades it buys within one year of that first payment. Renewals do not earn commission.
• A one-time ₹1,000 bonus when your first referred firm pays.
• Commission is credited when the payment is received. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the related commission is reversed.

4. Payouts

• You can request any amount up to your available balance. We pay by UPI, bank transfer or cash and record the payment in your dashboard.
• Tax is deducted at source where the law requires, and your PAN may be needed before we pay. You are responsible for any tax on your earnings.

5. How you promote SignReady

• Describe SignReady accurately. Do not promise results, compliance or audit outcomes, do not name or disparage other products, and do not send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
• You are not our agent and cannot make commitments on our behalf.
• Members of professional institutes (for example ICAI, ICSI, ICMAI) are responsible for checking that accepting referral commission is permitted for them under their institute's rules.

6. Changes and closure

We may change the commission, bonus or these terms for future referrals with notice in your dashboard. Commission already credited stays yours unless it came from a refunded payment or a breach of these terms. Balances are paid out if the programme or your account is closed, except where we find fraud.
