Delegation means giving somebody with a lower job or position a particular task to do.
CA Profession includes technical work which requires a certain level of expertise and experience and hence it is perceived that work cannot be delegated. But if thought in detail, there are lots of works which can be standardised and delegated easily in a CA office.
For Eg, Accounting work can be standardised for a particular client once all the heads of accounts are finalised.
Monthly returns can be standardised and delegated easily.
