ICAI Help for Covid 19 affected Members

The Managing Committee of the Chartered Accountants Benevolent Fund (CABF) ICAI has considered the difficulties being faced by Members in the time of pandemic and has decided to grant Medical Financial Assistance to the Members and their dependents suffering from CORONA. This help is going to be available to the Members and their dependents who are in distress and need financial assistance for treatment of Corona disease. Its a great initiative by ICAI.

Financial Assistance

- ICAI providing financial assistance of Rs. 1.5 Lakhs for its members. Financial assistance will be given to members with taxable income less than Rs. 10 Lakhs per annum.

This benefit is available to Spouse, Children and Dependends of the Member.

The member has to furnish the bills in original along with the copy of the Recommendations of the ICAI Office Bearers within 15 days of discharge from the hospital failing which the amount given and the amount granted will be returned to CABF in full.

This financial assistance is returnable to CABF in full if not utilised for treatment of CORONA.
