Action Oriented Emails
Email should end with the action points you are expecting from the receiver of the email.
1. Write emails in such way that receiver has no questions which are unanswered.
2. First think the draft in your mind. Think on actions that you want the receiver should take. Think on the pointers you want to mention then write down only the points and then elaborate each of the points.
3. Your drafting has to be persuasive.
4. The sequence of points should be logical.
5. Email should end with the action points you are expecting from the receiver of the email.
6. Be careful about whom your marking cc.
7. Language should be simple but effective. Avoid jargon. It should be motivating.
